Zendesk pricing up 34%

I’ve just migrated two of our support services to Zendesk. The service looks great it’s got some neat features. However they’ve just announced a staggering set of price increases.
The starter pack is a good offering however – 34% increase per user for regular subscribers? WTF? Also, now there’s some sort of complicated features matrix.
C’mon guys, keep it simple!
